Puppy pickups are always a crazy time for us. Prepping, planning, and coordinating with so many families can be extremely hectic, not to mention wrangling, grooming, and packing for a whole crew of puppies. We have created this page with the intention of making things run more smoothly.

Puppy Pickup Checklist

• Register your puppy's microchip: FREE @ FREE PET REGISTRY

• Sign up for BAXTER & BELLA’S ONLINE PUPPY SCHOOL using code "DYNAMIC" for 25% off lifetime access. Obedience training is optional, but the 24/7 online support is invaluable.

• Sign up for TRUPANION’S 30-DAY FREE HEALTH INSURANCE using code "BR1DD7319." Health insurance is optional as well but highly suggested. It will cover your pup in an emergency from the second you pick him/her up. No payment method is necessary, no obligation. * Please note: Health Insurance can only be activated within 24 hours of pickup. Either before or after.*

• Schedule your first vet trip approximately 2 weeks after pick up for their second set of shots at 10 weeks of age.

• Schedule a time to pick up your little one. The pickup address is 474 US Hwy 72 W Collierville, TN 38017. Due to safety concerns, we no longer host pick-ups from our home and will meet at my place of employment unless otherwise discussed.

• Balance: Cash ONLY when picking up in person. No checks or same-day electronic payments, as we have had issues with them clearing in the past. If you are having your puppy flown via flight nanny, the balance must be paid electronically at least 72 hours in advance.

• On the day of pickup, we will review your puppy's vet records, sign papers, go over tips and tricks for the first few weeks, and answer any questions you may have.
